If not, is it possible to organize ourselves or is it too far away? (By the way, how long does it take?)
Are there regulary boat Transfers?

Unfortunately to travel out of the Island Cayo Largo, only is by plane.
So unless you contact locally the Cubatur rep who is in charge of this flight and reserve with them you can not go out from there.
