I have made a reservation for Inglaterra Hotel for 16.05 (2 nights)

After my reservation I have surprised to see that most of the people said that the pictures in the hotelâA¢Ã¢â‚¬Å¡Ã‚¬A¢Ã¢â‚¬Å¾Ã‚¢s site are different and some of the rooms have no even the window!
Unfortunately it is too late to change it so I hope that it is at time to ask you for you help to get a room with balcony! The problem is that I have claustrophobia!
Hope that the hotel administration will understand me!
