Hi, im going to Guardalavaca in May and was wondering how far away is Havana?? Is it possible to do a day trip there?? Is sothe any idea what best way to get there is?? How much would a taxie be?
Also what things can you do in that area?

Havana city is far away from Guardalavaca approximately 12hours to drive , so I do not recomend to go by taxi, also it is expensive approx. CUC 400. In you case you can travel to Havana city by plane from Holguin city(domestic flight) you can book it in www.cubaism.com and see it on doemstic flight.
But in Guardalavaca you can contact any tour desk and see for the local tours , like open nature, jeep safari in Pinares or Gibara and also enjoy the free time at the beach.
