Ivan 22nd March 2010 All-inclusive in Baracoa???? Which airline from toronto would be best?? Miguel 22nd March 2010 Baracoa airport is not an international airport. Therefore you must go to Havana, Holguin or Santiago de Cuba first, and then take another domestic flight (Havana) or bus (Holguin, Santiago) to Baracoa.
