| We enjoyed our two wks. I wouldn't go back because the cushions in the dining room were filfy. They hadin't been washed for yrs. I always took mine off. The rooms were clean. But we were also fed up phoning every day. Asking them to replenish the fridge. Also a lot of mold in the shower, very tired rooms. Beautiful beach. Lunch was ok. In the evening the food is very bland. Put some chillies out and chillie powder to go onto your omlette. And I don't always eat lots of spice, but daily it becomes bland. It needs new paving slabs around the pool. |

We will be arriving on Wednesday 3rd July 2013 for two weeks with Thomas Cook holidays. There are 6 adults and 1 child (12 yrs.) in our booking and have requested 3 rooms (1 ground floor disabled room which has been confirmed for our Mother) and two 1st floor rooms as close as possible to each other near the pool would be very much appreciated.

Hello my name is Rebecca Cree my Husband is Ralph Cree and our 1 year old son is called Ocean Cree.
We are from the UK and have booked a 3 week holiday in your hotel from the 10th February until the 3rd March
We are very excited and very much looking forward to our stay with you. I just have a couple of requests.
Our son has just started walking and loves going exploring so please can we have an upstairs room so that we can open the doors and he cannot get lost or escape. This means we can open the doors to the balcony in the day and not worry about our son disappearing.
Also our family all sleep together on the floor so we won't need a cot bed for our son but it would be very helpful to have 1 extra mattress to put in the floor x
Finally please could our room be close to the main resort so we will never be too far away from our son if eating at the buffet or main restaurants. But also in a quiet area if possible.

Me, my husband and our daughter are arriving to your hotel tomorrow around lunch time. We're excited and ready to see the best family hotel in Cuba)
For our daughter (she's 2.5 years old) it will be the first trip!
We have heard that you have huge territory and all rooms have perfect location. But I was wondering if you could place us somewhere not too far from the ocean, pool and main restaurant, on a second floor (count the steps on stairs is our little one favorite exercise).
Also I would like to mention, that we won't need an extra bed (crib) at our room (hope you do have big beds so 3of us can fit on it)
I know it's kinda short notice of our arrival, but we weren't sure till today...

Hola como estas! we will be back for the 4 times on november 15 to your hotel from Caribesol/Montreal with 6 of our friends( so 4 rooms) . My spouse is known as the magician because he like's to play tricks maybe you will remember him, Adonis, Mable and a lot of you knows him.
I suggested to my travel agent to try to have the building 58 or 59 second floor if possible.
Anyway we know that we will have fun and will be pleased to be with all of you soon

Hello
We stayed for 2 weeks at your wonderful resort back in November 2014 where i proposed to my girlfriend down in the gazebo overlooking the water after a wonderful meal at the beachfront restaurant. We have just booked a 3 week stay for our honeymoon in november again so we can be there on the anniversary of when i proposed. We loved the hotel the staff the room etc but if there is any way of getting any type of upgrade that would be wonderful to make this holiday extra special. We are already counting down the days until we are enjoying the resort again.
