Karin 13th January 2011 Hi. We have reservations for 6 rooms from Feb. 7 to Feb 14, 2011 for a family vacation at the NH Krystal in Cayo Coco. I have read that the resort is in the middle of changing owners and that half the resort is closed. Does anyone know anything about this? Thanks for your time, Karin from Canada Betsaida 13th January 2011 Hi Karin, the NH Krystal Laguna and Resorts operates under new administration since 01 of January 2011, now is part of Iberostar chain and calls Hotel Emperador Laguna Villa and Resort, but operates as usual, offers all services Roy 27th January 2011 Hi Karin Came back yesterday ,which was our third time there.The place is not half open yet and talking to some of the staff,they don`t know when it will be.Don`t worry though,it is still a nice place to go.
