Juliano 3rd November 2011 Hi, Does the diving center & hotel still have policy where you can only be certified for open water diving by staying at hotel 5 nights? Is the cyber cafe operational at this time? We would need some internet access. thanks, Juliano Betsy 5th November 2011 Hi Juliano. Yes , the diving center in Cuba, requested a minimum 4 or 5 nights stay at the hotel so you can apply for an open water course and obtain a diving certificate. Even Maria La Gorda or El Colony
