jay brignon 7th November 2008 Does anyone know if the Parque Central was damaged badly during the last hurricane.. We are planniing to go on December 12th for 5 days from Costa Rica. this is our first trip here. we heard thay some hotels are canceling reservations to get the water and electricity repaired. Appreciate any info.
