we stayed in the castille last year im september we made a reservation by gala hotes. when we arrived we were told there is no booking for us even we schowed the voucher and panment with confirmation... so we hab to pay cash 130,00 euro .. we payed the room twice .. so gala is trying to get in touch with the hotel but they do not agree even i got the confirmation from mr. al.exey matos quintero that we paid cash... so is this the way to treat a visitor in cuba....
