| This hotel along with the Gran Hotel was owned and managed by the Soles family in the 1930s. Specifically, Hotel Inglaterra was owned /managed by Candido Soles ( Estrada). Where can I learn more about this piece of history. I know Candido Soles sold his stake in the hotel in the early 50s but that is about 20 years that I would like to learn more about. I have some documents supporting the proprietorship but don't know any of the history. I like in the US and am planning a visit to the Havana this year. I hope to stay at the hotel. |
