Cayo Santa Maria Hotel - not all inclusive

I'm going to Cuba next year and I would like to spend some days in Cayo Santa Maria, however I am not a big fan of All Inclusive Resorts, any other recommendations? Emma 16th October 2018 Hi Marie. There are only 2 non-inclusive hotels in Cayo Santa Maria: Las Brujas and Las Salinas (new opening). I have found both of them on this website: cubaism.com/hotels. I'm going to book for the second one in the next few days. When are you travelling? Marie 16th October 2018 Thank you Emma. Las Salinas hotel looks superb.
