We have asked this of the Canadian consulate in Havana but I am sorry to say, this question was below them..
We have been to Havana 3 times now...One of the places we hang at is the Cafe El Escorial (317 Mercaderes ). It has the best coffee in town. It also has a cocktail that I am having zero luck replicating. It is below.
It is called a Plaza Nueva. It has Cacao and coffee liqueur and aged white rum.
Is there any way that you can discover the recipe with the proportions ?
