  Camillo ride
Teofilo Stevenson 10th November 2006
Hi there,

I came back from Havana three weeks ago and, although the whole holiday was quite memorable, the biggest impression of all was a ride on that public bus that Cubans call camillo (a camel). Although my inner body parts were all around the place after I'd stepped out it was still an amazing experience.

Has anyone of you ever done that and what are you impressions?

Regards

we took a camillo from prado to central havana on our 2nd trip to cuba..our friends idea...jeez we were packed in the bus like sardines in a can...it was so hot...folks pressing up against us we were warned to make sure money was well hidden and not to wear necklaces and such...glad we did it ..but never again.
