Marvin 23rd February 2011 Hi, does anyone know whether there is a hotel in Gibara? If not, what about private accommodation? Any info would be much appreciated. I was told that Silla de Gibara is not exactly in Gibara but some 20 miles away from the town. Is there any hotel in the town? What is particular house? Betsaida 24th February 2011 Hi Marvin, yes you are right. The Campismo is a little far away, so just in Gibara, only you can found a particular houses, you must book there locally and Im sure you will find somes. mike 17th December 2012 there is a small hotel beside the car rental office - I forget the name - only 5 rooms with balcon direct over the sand beach for about 25cuc with breakfast - maybe without bread instead some crackers to the eggs..
