I am wondering if I fly out to Cuba, am I allowed to stay at a friends house of would I have to live in a casa?
Just curious as I heard something about this but not as hopeful as I thought. Thanks for any help |

Hi, you can stay in a private house of course, this was permit in Cuba, from long time ago as the Government authorized the tourists stayed at private houses as the owner pays fee for it , or license like we calling here, but at that time you had to deal with the owner directly. But now also allow to clients stays at the private house organize through agencies which are working for the tourism industry. Just simply you can contact your travel agency and check for it.

| No, you are not allowed to stay at a friends house if the friend does not have a license... |
