  Paperwork, jabs?
Juss 5th January 2009
Hi there

thinking of planning a last min trip to Cuba (within the next 4 days). Is this viable? Do I need any paperwork, Visas, jabs etc?
Also, is the favoured currncy US Dollars?

Sorry for the ignorance and noob questions but time is of the essence.

Many thanks

Hello Juss, I think that 4 days is very just a short time for following the necessary proceedings. In order to enter Cuba, you must have a valid passport or equivalent travel document with the corresponding entrance visa. An no, in Cuba it's not favoured U.S. dollars currency, all services throughout the national territory in US dollars will be made in convertible pesos (CUC). the exchange of US dollars for Convertible Pesos will bear a 10 per cent tax.
