Sharon 8th December 2016 I'm going to Varadero in March. I'm wondering about tipping at the all inclusive resort. Should I leave gifts of money or both? Scott Lesperance 11th December 2016 I have been to Varadero 11 times and I am returning in two weeks. Tipping is not mandatory but a small tip in Cuba goes a long way. Most people leave small tips that are greatly appreciated. But if you tip well, your experience will be different. An extra $20 for your housekeeper will ensure the Best service, extra drinks, and a better all around experience.
